These Terms of Service govern your use of the NetworkSys Co. Ltd. website and our mobile top-up service, operated by NetworkSys Co. Ltd. By creating an account, sending a top-up or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Our service
We sell prepaid mobile load and data packages for Philippine networks — Globe, Smart, DITO, TNT, TM and Sun Cellular — and deliver them electronically to the mobile number you specify. We are an independent reseller; we are not owned by or officially affiliated with the network operators whose products we sell.
2. Eligibility & your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the service.
- You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
- Please give accurate account details and keep them up to date. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Placing an order
- You are responsible for the mobile number you enter. Top-ups are delivered to the exact number provided — please double-check it before paying.
- Prices are shown before you pay and include any applicable service fee. The total on the review screen is the amount you will be charged.
- Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a payment cannot be verified, a number or package is invalid, or we suspect fraud or misuse.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by PayPal and the major card networks. We do not see or store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. To protect against fraud, we may apply limits to the value or number of top-ups placed within a period; contact support if you need a higher limit.
5. Delivery
Top-ups are delivered electronically and usually arrive within seconds, subject to the recipient network's systems. Delivery times can occasionally be affected by network maintenance or outages outside our control. Once a top-up has been successfully delivered to a number, it is applied immediately and cannot be recalled.
6. Refunds & cancellations
Because top-ups are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once paid, and successfully delivered top-ups are generally non-refundable. Where a top-up fails or is charged but not delivered, we will re-deliver it or issue a refund. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to break the law, to make fraudulent or unauthorised payments, to interfere with or disrupt the website, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
8. Availability & changes
We work to keep the service available around the clock, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may change, suspend or withdraw features at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time; the current version is always shown on this page, with the "last updated" date above.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including network delays or outages, or for top-ups sent to an incorrect number that you entered. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, and the courts of Davao del Norte, Philippines have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any consumer protections you are entitled to where you live.
