Returns & Refunds

Everything we sell is a digital prepaid top-up — mobile load and data delivered electronically to a phone number, with nothing physical to ship. This policy explains when a top-up can be refunded and how to request help.

1. Digital products, delivered instantly

When you pay, the load or data package is sent straight to the mobile number you entered, usually within seconds. Because there is nothing physical involved, there are no shipments, returns or exchanges.

2. Successful top-ups are final

Once a top-up has been successfully delivered to a number, it is applied immediately and cannot be reversed or returned — just like topping up at a store. For that reason, completed top-ups are generally non-refundable.

3. When you're entitled to a refund or re-delivery

We will make it right if something goes wrong on our side. You're entitled to a re-delivery or a full refund where:

  • your payment was taken but the top-up was not delivered;
  • a top-up failed at the network but you were still charged;
  • you were charged more than once for the same order; or
  • we are unable to fulfil your order after payment for any reason.

4. Wrong number entered

You're responsible for the mobile number you enter, so please check it carefully before paying. If a top-up is delivered to the wrong number because of a typo, we usually can't recover it once it has landed. Contact us straight away with your order number — we'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee a refund in this case.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us through the Support page or at [email protected] within 30 days of the order, and include your order number and the mobile number involved. We'll check the transaction with the network and get back to you, usually within 24 hours on business days.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (your PayPal account or the card you used). Once we've issued a refund, how quickly it appears depends on PayPal or your bank — typically a few business days.

7. Cancellations

Because orders are processed and delivered instantly, an order can't be cancelled once payment is complete. If you haven't paid yet, you can simply edit or clear the numbers in your cart before checking out.
